We live in a fast-paced environment. It pulls us go away from happiness. We forget to smile, forget family dinner together. We are always busy instead. I was one of this type of person until I asked myself about my life's purpose. I recognize that I am always unhappy, even if I don't have anything to worry about.

  1. Your physical body always gets tired.

  3. You cannot feel the good taste of your dishes.

These are 05 easy ideas to apply daily and get a good result for your physical and mental health.

  1. Create the priority list ( maximum of 03 tasks you must complete in one day). You will spend time doing these tasks before others. By doing so, you reduce the stress with the must-to-do list.

  2. Have at least 01 favourite drink and enjoy it ( I suggest you should drink in your favourite music background)

  3. Say NO to the overwhelming task.

Everything needs time as the dinner needs time to prepare. So let yourself at least 01 week to practice these notes, then you will see a better version of yourself.
